City of Dreams, City of Puppets Part 1: The Beginning of the Introduction

we start, near the end of academies "class times"...directly before everyone is set to go off to afternoon break, a 3 hour period in which the students can do...whatever the hell theyd like that is within the boundaries of the laws of physics and regular laws.

Argentum, Tragon, Zachary were set to depart from Physics class, run by Dr. Frank Einstein.
Dr Einsteins class, bluntly put, is BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORING. most students end up falling asleep in his class...which doesnt matter to him one bit as he sometimes manages to put himself to sleep. A lot of students compare him to a zombie...which may not be far off from some sort of truth...

Jack and Danny were set to depart from English, run by a Mr. Sirius Lee.
Mr Sirius' class is medium pace, but he puts a lot of enthusiasm and energy into each and every lecture he gives. his energy is so contagious its profoundly difficult for his students to sit concentrate, as how erratically he runs around tends to draw the students' attention more than the actual lecture...

Sakura and Armin were set to depart from Math, run by Prof. Eddie Shun
Eddies lectures...usually go very very slow. a very thorough professor who makes sure to go over every little step to every little math equation. his lectures are so thorough homework is virtually nonexistent in his class...

Luke, Roxy, and Ruby are going to be departing from Biology, run by Mr. Boe Ring
Mr Boe Ring is highly, HIGHLY enthusiastic about his job...which is an understatement in itself.
even though biology is supposed to encompass many living things...his classes mainly consist of Plants. he is obsessed  with them. especially roses, which end up as the center of many a biology lecture.

and as a final note to all those leaving their classes, remember:
most students do not want an encounter with Principle Smilen Wave and the three prefects Kowalski, Rico and a boy everyone refers to as "Private" for some reason.
all 4 of them wear similar tuxedo-esque uniforms and are seen prowling the halls...a lot...like they think their some kinda undercover blackops teams... in short, they are all designated as "weirdos" and it has been deemed prudent by many people to not piss off principle Smilen, at all.

Tragon chuckled. "Oh no. It's nothing. There's just no way a deck like yours can summon a spider. Have a good day, both of you." He walked off, entering the crowding and disappearing within the mob, leaving that man be, taunting him with what might be classified data.

as tragon walks away, xavier turns to xavi

"yep, he took the bait. this plan...it is going to work out beatifully...he fully believes we actually use pain gainer and ravenous tarantula...heh heh... its amusing."

"yes yes YOU got to have the fun, i was left in the dust out of the fun"

when she says "fun" she snips the scissors in her hand together very, very, very threateningly and menacingly, with untold amounts of malice behind every snip.

"yes yes, now gimme the scissors, your one step away from being Sachiko."

he takes the scissors from her hands.

"besides if you want to have "fun" ...most of the academy is here im sure we can find a suitable...person for your...needs. lets try to find a straggler in the halls...or somethin"

"ooh what about that one lady in the lib-"

"Nope.

"but we can see how a number affects her behavior an-"

"NOPE!"

"alright fine lets just go..."

the twins immediately vanish into the crown, dissapearing without a trace...

Zachary is minding his own business when he is suddenly pulled from within the crowd by green hand.

"Zach come here" said Professor Frank Einstein in a dull zombie-like voice as he dragged him towards his colleagues; Mr. Boe Ring and Proffesor Kay Michael.
"I was just telling these my colleagues how talented you are. An all rounder and one of the top scorers every single year too."
The other two teachers nodded in acknowledgement.
"The music in this party is rather dull. Would you prefer to duel instead, Zach? I haven't dueled in ages." Professor Einstein droned on and readied his duel disk which looked like it was made from stitched up plastic.

While Argentum was enjoying his drink, a rather muscular man in an old fashioned orange coloured monk costume sat in the seat infront of him without his invitation. His hair was sprayed silver just for the occasion and he even had a black belt to complete the attire. What was out of place was the duel disk on his arm which looked like it was made of weathered and polished stone.

"Say lad, that's some fine taste you got there" said the man in the monk costume. "But yknow what. This party is boring. How about's we sit down right here and enjoy a duel like proper gentlemen eh?"

"I'm late, I'm late!" huffed a man in mock knight armour as he dashed towards the hallway. Without looking he dived towards the entrance of the hallway.

To his suprise he crashed into a young girl at the entrance of the hallway, unsure of weather or not to go in. Well she was in the party now since she and the armoured man went flying.

The armoured man helped up the young girl who just so happened to be a rather annoyed Ruby.

"My apologies, miss...?" started the armored knight rubbing the back of his helm in embarrassment.

Someone poked Jack Macnus in the shoulder from behind.

"Pardon my interruption was getting rather tired of the party and was wandering if you would like to duel and all..." began Professor Eddie Shun. "I recognized you as one of the students I so happen to teach"

Professor Eddie Shun then readied his duel disk issuing an instant challenge.

"Why does Frank get to have all the fun?" moaned Mr. Boe Ring.
"Yknow Boe, I agree with you on that." replied Professor Kay Michael.

Their eyes caught couple of students hanging out together, now to their surprise, already being approached by different teachers for duels.
They quickly rushed over to the students they recognized as Luke and Roxie.

"Oh please duel us and relieve as from our boredom!" droned both Mr. Boe Ring and Professor Kay Michael in unison.
They both readied their duel disks, a clear undeniable challenge issued to both Luke and Roxie.

"Nice to meet you all"
Zach's face begins to turn red with a little bit of anger over the fact his parents were brought up. "Well um my mother is dead.... for all I know, she disappeared a couple years ago and my father well he doesn't talk much about his work I think he works for a card company or something like that"

As Zach was being pulled off to the side by the professor who wanted to duel him. "Alright then just let me go my duel disk" As Zach went to get his duel disk he had a strange feeling about this why. "Why of all people would the professor duel me, meh i'll give him a good show none the less better than wasting my time doing nothing at this party". Zach walked back over to the professor. "Alright if it's a duel you want it's a duel you will get"

"Duel on!!"

Atop of the School’s rooftop Sakura and Armin are relaxing looking at the sky as the day went on. Sakura looked at Armin and wondered whether it was best for him to get involved in all of this he is still little but at the same time she knows he won’t back down even if he was told not to. Recalling the events that occurred yesterday she then cleared her throat and spoke.

“About what you said yesterday” To that Armin looked at Sakura raising an eyebrow

“I really do believe in what you said about everything being involved in Duel Monsters.”

“Why the sudden change?” Armin replied in a confused manner.

“I don’t know it’s just…..” Sakura then recalls the moment she received the number card “I have a feeling is all”

Armin shrugged and looked at his watch “I think we should go, the party has started”

Sakura nodded agreeing and with that they both headed down and towards the area where the party is.

The party appears to be lively as many people in different costumes are there making them somewhat unrecognisable some are silly while some are pretty dandy in most standards.

The two went ahead and tried to socialise with others after all it is the time to have fun, relax or have a duel or two without any worries at all.

Zack looked over at the professor, surprised by his request. A small smirk arose from his face.
"Ah, Professor. I'm surprised honestly"
He activated his duel disk.
"Because you know what thy say. Those who can't do, teach."
He was excited now

Alrighty seriously if you guys haven't noticed.
Read the long post where I highlight your characters names in bold fkn yellow before you piss me off even more.

The teachers of the school have challenged all of your characters to a duel except fot Arctic's, Tweek's and Zaio's.
Arctic's char has an interaction paragraph in there though.

I strongly suggest that you all atleast read properly through all of the GM and Co-GM's writing in an RP at all times

So Torm and Viper I suggest you either delete and or edit your post proper right now))

Since Argentum only wanted to get out of boredom, he accepted the challege. Getting his deck from the pocket, he put it in the duel disk. "Yes, pretty boring. And yes, i accept your challenge."

Auron walked through the gates and right up to the party so he could watch these duels. "Heh, maybe this'll be interesting.... Or maybe it won't. Hell if I know."
He took out his Dystopia and looked at it closely. "Dystopia... A Number card..? I thought they didn't even exist." He thought to himself before putting it away.

[Lord Beerus]

Jack looked over at the professor, surprised by his request. A small smirk arose from his face.

Professor Eddie Shun reeled back a little from the quickdraw of Gagaga Cowboys revolvers as the he lost his last remaining lp to its gunfire. -800lp indeed. The Gladiator Beasts of Jack had bested all his precise mathematical calculations this day.

"Hmmm... I think I'll need to fix the ratios up a bit..." muttered the math professor as he retracted his duel disk and stroked his fake beard. "Thank you for the duel. Please enjoy the party. Now if you will excuse me..."

The professor quickly disappeared into the crowd after a brief nod and a small smile.

[Zaio Volnutt]

After awhile mingling with the crowd, the two noticed that there is a duel happening between a couple of students and the teachers. Seeing that one of the duels has just ended being professor Shun and a classmate using gladiator beast. Sakura frowned at that being that they just looked at the moment it ended with a Gagaga cowboy finisher. Armin sighed at that shaking his head at that the math professor using a math deck, pretty typical for a teacher.

He then noticed someone he has never met before observing the duel from a far away from the crowd. the person looks to be rather young with black hair. Out of curiosity Armin walked up towards the young man measuring him up before speaking.

"You seem to be enjoying observing here on your own".

[Blade_Viper]

Jack looked down at his duel disk, annoyed with himself.
"Terrible hand and relied on burn damage to win. I need to fix this deck immediately, But I need to enjoy myself, Talk to people. That sort of thing"
he adjusts his glasses and starts enjoying the party.

The force of the very mountains itself crashed down upon Argentum, slwoly but surely. Determined yet fierce golems that watched and denied every single move losely. Empowered by their very hearts them give them life, just like our hearts do for us.
The Koa'ki Meiru of the one dressed in the monk outfit defeated Argentum without letting their master take even a single scratch.

The man in the monk outift retracted his polished stone duel disk.
"Wooooot. That was a fun duel wasn't it?" he began. "My name is Professor Stag Lee Might. I'm your new Geography teacher"
The professor cracked a friendly grin as he stretched out his hand towards Argentum. "And you are?"

Even if he lost, Argentum still had fun by dueling Professor Stag Lee. This year was surely going to be something different. "My name is Argentum. Argentum Ziminiar... Heh, i guess Vampires can't withdraw blood from rocks, hmm?" He said while giggling. Argentum sretched his arm to handshake the Professor. "So, are you up to another game? That one was fun."

"I would love to, mate. But I best be going now. Enjoy the part with the boring folks a bit more now and all y'know" said Professor Stag Lee Might as he shook hands with Argentum. He was liking this student a lot.

"Later, parnda" the professor gave a small wink as he then stood up and made his way towards Principal Smilen Wave.

"Later."

After that, Argentum organized his deck and headed to grab another cherry drink, those were awesome. So awesome that he didn't even de-activated hus duel disk. Suddently, he bumped into someone with a Red Gadget costume. "Sorry, wasn't looking."

Jack recoiled a bit, he wasn't the strongest physically. Everything he had was mental.
"Gh..It's alright..say..you're a duelist too?"

"I still didn't catch your name?" said the man in knight armour nervously. He was less nervous than before since the girl seemed alright and was actually nice to him even after bumped into her.

"Are you one of the students of this school?" the man inquired politely slowly calming his nerves.

"My name is Ruby Tokarz and yes i am a student at this school." Ruby replied. She didn't recognize the voice of the person so she had to ask her own question. "Are you a student or teacher at this school?" she asked.

"hmm, subject showing... 0.0% personality change rest results looking negative..."

"booooring, i wanted to see stuff explode...or someone break down walls or something..."

"hmmm, could be a delayed reaction possibly...or maybe we didnt use a powerful enough card..."

"i told you we should have brought in 96.

"that demon, do you want to end the entire world...like seriously."

"you know we'd be gone by then...we always are."

"maybe. but we dont END worlds. we...give them a hard time..."

"pft, thats what you call it. you are so incredibly lame."

"oh shut it scissors girl...gimme those friggin scissors"

"alright fine, just put them away then...were going to go interact with the subject now. last thing we need is the subject deeming us as "suspicious""

with that being said, the twins left their observation spot and approached sakura.

"hi...uh...Sakura, right? have you been enjoying the party?'

the other twin, xavi, looks around for Armin

"hey, wheres your friend...whatshisname...Armin?"

"Yes, i'm a duelist. Oh, where's my education? My name is Argentum. What's yours?"

[Blade_Viper]

"Jack Mcmanus. As sharp as a finely smithed blade and as good a duelist than the king of games himself."

[Zaio Volnutt]

As Sakura was observing the duels she heard a familiar voice talking to her. Turning towards the source she finds the twins in their costumes which are quite comical when seen up close.

Oh you guys!" When asked about whether she enjoyed the party by Xavier she nodded with excitement "Definitely, its really fun especially with the duels thats going on right now."

She then hears the sister Xavi asking about Armin to which Sakura raised an eyebrow puzzled by the question.

"Huh? Isn't he.." Looking back at where Armin used to be she finds that he is not with her she then sighed to herself "Must have wondered off somewhere else but I'm sure he's closeby".

She then looked at the twins with a smile on her face "so how about you guys? How are you doing so far?".

Despite thinking that the other duelist was a bit arrogant, Argentum tried to invite him for a duel since extreme boredom is a thing. "So, Jack, do you want to duel?"

Jack smiles kindly at Argentum, while he acts cocky, it's just a front.
"It would be my pleasure."
