Section 02 - Eternal Forest

A dark forest filled with dangers, snares, and wild beasts nestled between the Lily Swamp, Azure Mountain, Scarred Desert and Abandoned City.

Beast-, Beast Warrior-, Insect-, Plant-, and Pyro-type monsters gain 500 ATK and DEF while dueling here, while Fiend-type lose 500 ATK and DEF.

And thus did Leon fall as the duel barrier around them faded. His body lie lifelessly on the forest floor, and as before with Enzo, a single glow came from his torso, forming into a duel monsters card lying on top his chest

Lint walked over to the now deceased knight and picked up the card. "Another one huh. Never once did I ever summon all three of my dragons in one duel." He puts that card in his same breast pocket as Enzo's card. He then turns his attention to the girl, and pulls out one of the crude cloth bandages he has and begins walking over to her. "Hey, do you need me to bandage your leg for you?" The giant asked her.

Lexie just stared at the man, "Bandage my...why are you offering to help me?"

[Akaneia]

"Better for a friendly to help you so you can leave this place before someone not as kind as me or that knight comes in and takes advantage of you. Expectually now, with you having trouble moving." Linty said.

[Khina Bree]

Unsure if she could trust him, Lexie nodded apprehensively, "Fine. It isn't my leg that needs bandaging though. My hip is messed up."

[Akaneia]

Lint crouches down giving her his spear. "A cane then. Something for you to lean on when you cannot walk." He then got back on his feet. "Where is north?" He asked her.

[Khina Bree]

Lexie uses the makeshft spear to get to her feet again and nods behind Lint, "That way. Leads to the Abandoned City."

[Akaneia]

"Good. Maybe I can find something there I can use. Farewell." Linty begins jogging towards the north direction. Keeping his eyes on anything he can use as a weapon, and some fruit of some sort to eat.

[Khina Bree]

"Be careful! That city is barren! I only barely managed to find an old bottle!"

[Akaneia]

Linty stops jogging for a bit and turns around, jsut to shout. "You've seen my deck! I know how to work even in the most barren of enviroments!" Then continues running north.

[Khina Bree]

"But there's nothing th- oh why am I shouting..." she sighs and heads south, hoping for a bit of peace after all this commotion.

Drulan looked blankly at the screen "He wasnt worthy afterall" he countinued to watch blankly in complete silence

As Drulan watched the screens after the loss of his sponsored Tribute, another of the wealthy men in the room approached him, laying a hand on his shoulder as if to comfort him.
"It's always a gamble, these Games. Never can tell who's going to be the most powerful."

The gentleman in question wore a black three-piece suit with no tie. His shirt was also black but had crimson trimming on the collar. His skin was tan and his hair was slicked-back and silver as the moonlight.

"Dont get me wrong, i may have sponsored him and he may come from my district but i am ad becuse he wasnt strong enough."

[Khina Bree]

The silver-haired man smiled, a hint of something sinister behind those lips

"Glad to hear it. I hope you'll at least enjoy the res of my Games."

[Nosferatu Alucard]

Akkarin reached the place of the second light beam 30 minutes after he saw it, and when he reached the place, he got suprised by the view: A corpse without life laying in the ground and footprints heading to both south and north. He came from south, so he headed to north, and after some time running, he found a man heading to the north too, he decided to follow him, trying to not be detected.

[Akaneia]

Linty stopped his run, to catch his breath. His eyes caught the attention of a bush full of berries, and he plans on eating as uch as he can before running again. He walked over to that bush and crouched down, picking off berries and eating.

Midday was upon the Arena and Lexie was limping as quickly as she could through the forest. Hopefully she'd get out of the trees before nightfall, though she was sure that she'd have to make camp somewhere first.

As she began to start looking for a suitable location to rest, the ground beneath suddenly gave way, dropping her into a chasm bellow. Lexie fell hard against a stone slope and rolled downward into a tunnel that seemed to stretch in three directions. The strangest part, was that this cave system also seemed to have a light source in the cave walls, giving it an eerie turquoise glow.

"Oh for the love of Osiris..."

Akkarin slowly gets out from the bush he was hiding in, making it in a way that Linty would knew that he was here.

"Don't eat more of those berries, they can hurt you a lot, also, i'm not planning on dueling you. And ah, where is my education? My name is Akkarin and i'm from District 3, glad to find someone that looks like a good duelist and survivor, and i respect that. See, i don't want to hurt you, contrariwise, i offer to you something to double our chances of surviving until the end, i offer the opportunity to team up with me so we can survive this until the end, together."

Akkarin grabbed some sticks from the ground and some rocks, and with a little of ability and luck, he made a little campfire that could last for one hour or two. Then, he used 2 logs to use as seat for him and Linty while offering to him some nuts while eating other.

"Sit here and eat this, it's better than those berries"

This is the moment when the screen in the sky displays The Game Master's message

Before Linty said anything, he watched what the GM had to said, and his reaction was a mix of anger with a trace amount of fear.

His eyes are then set on Akkarin when Linty got on his feet and turned around. "Well met then. I am Lint, also from District 3. That girl that the Game Master, Lexie, I met her not so long ago. If the Game Master is as corrupted as I thnk he is, then she is now the Game Master's friends' toy." Linty accepts the nuts. "Now with these "Eliminators, I think it's best to team up for now, until we are the last two tributes remaining."

Linty sat down on the makeshift chair. "Where would that 3rd tribute be hiding? I let Lexie go, but she couldn't be in the forest. That girl is the one that would scream when something happens. I was making my way towards the city, but after hearing the Game Master's message, I think I'll turn aroudn and go towards the Mountains."

Linty now begins chewing on the nuts.

[Nosferatu Alucard]

"If she's a Game Master's toy, i think that if we find her, she will be more stronger than we two, i think that if we find the other tributes, our chances of survival would be highly increased, don't you think? Also, we need to have resources if we're wanting to go to the Mountain. I only have a knife, a hatchet, a spear, some nuts and this little bag. I think that we need more if we want to go to a mountain."

[Akaneia]

"Yea yea. But I think that the longer the tributes lolligag, the worse this situation would become. I'll go make another spear and go hunting foraging. Then we will go towards the mountain." Linty said. He got up from the makeshift char and walks away, looking for a large and long enough stick to turn into a spear.

[The Doctor]

Jackson eats 3 pieces of meat and hunts for food. He finds a clearing and kills 3 animals with stones. With the left over stones, he makes a small barrier and some traps. He uses some of his clothes to make a blunt spear. "Not sharp enough....dang." He starts to make a small fire. He grabs some sticks and lights them on fire, like torches. Jackson find the most preferable places to place the torches. He plants them in the corners of his area and tries to sharpen the spear with rocks. He sharpens it a little and is ready to win. "I got this. Everything ready for nearby enemies, got my spear for the monsters, and a fire for burning food." Jackson feels very happy on his accomplishments, and plops on the ground, just to rest his eyes, but with his spear in his hand.
