I will be listing the changes of the 1.1.3 patch for Smash 4. It's a little late since this patch happened in December 2015 and 1.1.4 patch has been released already. I plan on covering 1.1.4 and more patches in the future for Smash 4.

Smash 4 [1.1.3] Changelog Update E4PsoHx Up throw's knockback and angle altered: 90 base/80 growth → 25 base/155 growth, 70° → 82°. These changes repurpose it into a combo starter, which can be performed even up to high percents.
Smash 4 [1.1.3] Changelog Update E4PsoHx Up throw's ending lag decreased: 68 frames → 61.
Smash 4 [1.1.3] Changelog Update GrYL0TI Up throw's loop hits deal 0.5% less damage: 1% → 0.5%.
Smash 4 [1.1.3] Changelog Update E4PsoHx Up throw's loop hits' hitlag multiplier decreased: 1x → 0.5x.

Smash 4 [1.1.3] Changelog Update E4PsoHx Flying Slam's grab to slam transition speed increased. This makes it function similarly to how it did in Brawl.
Smash 4 [1.1.3] Changelog Update E4PsoHx All variations of Flying Slam now have invincibility frames before Bowser leaves the ground.
Smash 4 [1.1.3] Changelog Update E4PsoHx All variations of Whirling Fortress can now grab ledges from behind.

Charizard:

Ganondorf:

Smash 4 [1.1.3] Changelog Update E4PsoHx Down smash's second hit's angle changed: 130° → 50°, now pushing shielding opponents away rather than towards him. The first hit now flips non-shielding opponents, leaving the launch angle against them unchanged.
Smash 4 [1.1.3] Changelog Update E4PsoHx Neutral aerial first hit has drastically reduced knockback, allowing it combo into the second hit more effectively, similar to Captain Falcon's.
Smash 4 [1.1.3] Changelog Update GrYL0TI The drastically reduced knockback on neutral aerial's first hit makes the move less safe on hit and on landing until extremely high percentages, less effective as a spacer, and completely removes its KOing capabilities.

Smash Bros is a Nintendo first party game which means it is only on Nintendo systems like the 3DS of Wii-U and will not be found on any other system like a PS4, Xbone, or even PC.
