"When a monster you control is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard: Target 2 face-up monsters on the field; shuffle those targets into the Deck."

For those who miss 'Compulsory Evacuation Device'. This card might be a slower version of Compulse although, what it offers has a better effect. As with Compulse, you'd return back to the hand (or extra deck for Fusions, Synchros and Xyz). 'Liberty at Last' shuffles 2 monster into the deck instead. This still works normally for extra deck monsters although you now can return more than 1.

Most of the cards I list in my 'Card of the Month' segments mainly accommodate to the slower decks. Same applies for this card. Most meta decks have speed going for them and wouldn't bother running a card like this since in most scenarios it will just help bricking. For slower decks, this can be a great card. An example that can be irritating is in the Graydle variant match-ups. In combination to an attack and then activating 'Liberty at Last', the result is snatching a monster and returning 2. Along with Kaiju Graydles where you can snatch the opponent's monster and return the Kaiju's into the deck.

Overall, slow card but it can be useful in slower decks.
