"At the start of the Battle Phase: For the rest of this turn after this card resolves, Spell/Trap Cards, and their effects, cannot be activated. Cards and effects cannot be activated in response to this card's activation."

Essentially this is a variation of 'Cold Wave' (Which currently in the TCG is banned), and it's debatable if this is weaker or stronger than 'Cold Wave'. On one hand, this card cannot be activated in the Main Phase, only the Battle Phase, so it won't stop cards like 'Torrential Tribute' or 'Bottomless Trap Hole' that might disrupt your plays while you're trying to setup. On the other hand, there is no way to respond to this card whatsoever. If this card is activated, you can bet every backrow answer your opponent may have will not be activated.

This card is great for OTK decks that don't want cards like 'Mirror Force', 'Dimensional Prison', 'Swift Scarecrow' or 'Negate Attack' that may disrupt there monsters attacking for game. But without a doubt, this card is best in "Kozmo". With how "Kozmos" are designed as a deck, your Battle Phase serves as your Main Phase along with being able to special summon monsters after monsters in a continuous train provided the resources in your hand. All the while your opponent having no choice but to take it. Of course, this card doesn't stop hand traps or grave traps.

I'd give this card a consideration for OTK decks who don't wish to be interrupted and a very serious consideration for "Kozmo" decks.
