It doesn't mean in that sense. If it would mean like that, the sith would always be breaking the code. It means as the force is helping the sith unleash and realize its full potential.

thats the way you took it, i have a different interpretation and nothing you say will change my views on it, and what you say is not entirely true, the old sith empire was oppressive but you could rise in ranks if you were strong enough in the force (or getting rid of higher ups and such but thats not important right now) so it was quite literally "The force shall free me"

You still do rise in ranks if you have a higher hold over force -_- Stormtroopers had many special ranks that trained force-sensitive people. Vader apprenticed many force-sensitives as well. So you DO actually still rise in rank.

Yes but this empire makes it harder, in the old one it was easier when there were many sith, now becuse the rule of 2 no one will rise to the same height

Erm. What is this "the old one"? It was always about the rule of two until Palpatine. And that really only affects two people. It's still the same as anywhere else. If you are competent, you rise. If you aren't, you fall. It's all about how competent you are.

It's what I meant. There was no community before the rule of two. What was freedom before that, anyway? It was chaos before that, no way to gain in rank easily. Rule of two gave other sith a chance.

Also, we're talking when he has created the rule of two already. When he has, there were no other sith in the entire world but him and his apprentice.
