Concept Duel Contest I: Character Style

Hello one and all. As I proposed earlier this week, I'm hosting a fun little contest for everyone too take part in (limit of 16 players please)
Concept Duel is an idea I've seen the OCG do on various occasions and thought would be an enjoyable experience for us as well. In this Concept Duel, players will select a character from the five different YuGiOh series and build a deck based on that character using the guidelines and requirements listed for that character. Apart from the listed requirements, players have total freedom on how best to build these decks.
After everyone has submitted their deck, we'll have a small bracketed tournament to really show off how well your decks are built. The top 4 decks in this contest will vote on the NEXT Concept Duel, and the winner of the event will be awarded a prize of 250 MC.
We will be following the NEW August 2016 Banlist and duels will be matches of course, so yes you may build a side deck so long as you keep to the requirements of your build.
Please note that when a requirement states: "deck must contain..." that this means Main deck AND Extra deck combined. Meaning if you need 20 cards of a certain kind, you need a total of 20 in the Main and Extra deck combined.
UPDATE: Decks may not contain any cards related to OTHER CHARACTERS' SIGNATURE CARDS.
If you wish to enter, please post below saying you are entering as well as stating your character option. I hope to see some great builds from everyone!

Here are the list of characters to choose from:
- Yu-Gi-Oh! DM:
Yugi Muto 1- Deck must contain "Dark Magician"
- Deck must contain 25 cards relating to: Buster Blader, Magnet Warrior, Silent, Magician Girl and/or Gadget.
- Deck cannot contain "Slifer the Sky Dragon," "Obelisk the Tormentor," nor "The Winged Dragon of Ra."
Yugi Muto 2- Deck must contain "Slifer the Sky Dragon"
- Deck must contain 25 cards relating to: Dark Magicians, Gaia the Fierce Knight, Black Luster Soldier, and/or Poker Knights.
Seto Kaiba- Deck must contain 3 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon."
- Deck must contain 25 cards related to: Blue-Eyes/Eyes of Blue, Union Machine-type, and/or Virus Trap.
Joey Wheeler- Deck must contain "Red-Eyes B. Dragon."
- Deck must contain at least 10 cards that require Dice and/or coin flips.
- Deck must contain 15 cards related to: Red-Eyes, Gearfried, and/or Jinzo.
Marik Ishtar- Deck must contain "The Winged Dragon of Ra - Immortal Phoenix."
- Deck must contain 25 cards related to: "The Winged Dragon of Ra," Gravekeeper's, "Metal Reflect Slime," and/or "Revival Jam."
Maximilian Pegasus- Deck must contain "Relinquished."
- Deck must contain 25 or more "Toon" cards (not just Toon monsters)
- Deck must contain "Dark Magician"
- Yu-Gi-Oh! GX:
Jaden Yuki- Deck must contain "Winged Kuriboh" and "Elemental HERO Neos."
- Deck must contain at least 3 different "Neo-Spacian" monsters
- Deck must contain 20 or more "Elemental HERO" cards
- Deck may not use "Destiny HERO" cards
Chazz Princeton- Deck must contain "Ojama Yellow," "Ojama Green," and "Ojama Black."
- Deck must contain at least 3 different "Armed Dragon" cards.
- Deck must contain at least 5 other "Ojama" cards.
- Deck must contain at least 3 different Machine Union monsters.
Jesse Anderson- Deck must contain "Rainbow Dragon."
- Deck must contain 7 different "Crystal Beast" monsters.
- Deck must contain at least 10 "Crystal" Spell/Trap cards.
Zane Truesdale- Deck must contain 3 "Cyber Dragon" and 3 different "Cyberdark" monsters.
- Deck must contain at least 20 cards related to "Cyber Dragon."
Dr. Vellian Crowler- Deck must contain "Ancient Gear Golem."
- Deck must contain at least 20 "Ancient Gear" cards
- Deck must contain at least 1 "Ultimate Ancient Gear Golem."
- Deck must contain "Winged Kuriboh" and "Elemental HERO Neos."
- Yu-Gi-Oh! 5Ds:
Yusei Fudo- Deck must contain "Stardust Dragon."
- Deck must contain at least 10 different cards related to "Synchron."
- Deck must contain at least 5 different cards related to "Stardust Dragon."
- Deck cannot contain any cards related to: "Red Dragon Archfiend," "Black Rose Dragon," "Ancient Fairy Dragon," "Power Tool Dragon," or "Black-Winged Dragon."
Jack Atlas- Deck must contain "Red Dragon Archfiend."
- Deck must contain 10 or more cards related to "Red Dragon Archfiend" and "Resonator."
- Deck must contain at least 5 Dragon-type monsters in the Main deck.
- Deck cannot contain any cards related to: "Stardust Dragon," "Black Rose Dragon," "Ancient Fairy Dragon," "Power Tool Dragon," or "Black-Winged Dragon."
Akiza Izinski- Deck must contain "Black Rose Dragon."
- Deck must contain "Witch of the Black Rose."
- Deck must contain "Black Garden."
- Deck must contain at least 15 Plant-type monsters.
- Deck cannot contain any cards related to: "Red Dragon Archfiend," "Stardust Dragon," "Ancient Fairy Dragon," "Power Tool Dragon," or "Black-Winged Dragon."
Crow Hogan- Deck must contain "Black-Winged Dragon."
- Deck must contain at least 20 different "Blackwing" cards.
- Deck cannot contain any cards related to: "Red Dragon Archfiend," "Black Rose Dragon," "Ancient Fairy Dragon," "Power Tool Dragon," or "Stardust Dragon."
Leo- Deck must contain "Power Tool Dragon" and "Life Stream Dragon."
- Deck must contain 15 or more different "Morphtronic" cards.
- Deck cannot contain any cards related to: "Red Dragon Archfiend," "Black Rose Dragon," "Ancient Fairy Dragon," "Stardust Dragon," or "Black-Winged Dragon."
Luna- Deck must contain "Ancient Fairy Dragon" and "Kuribon."
- Deck must contain at least 10 cards that increase LP.
- Deck must contain at least 2 different Field Spells.
- Deck cannot contain any cards related to: "Red Dragon Archfiend," "Black Rose Dragon," "Stardust Dragon," "Black-Winged Dragon," nor "Power Tool Dragon."
- Deck must contain "Stardust Dragon."
- Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal:
Yuma Tsukomo- Deck must contain "Number 39: Utopia."
- Deck must contain 15 cards related to "Gagaga," "Gogogo," and/or "Dododo."
- Extra Deck must include at least 5 different "Number" monsters, in addition to "Number 39: Utopia."
Reginald Kastle- Deck must contain "Number 32: Shark Drake" and "Number 101: Silent Honor ARK."
- Deck must contain 15 WATER monsters including at least 3 "Shark" cards.
Kite Tenjo- Deck must contain "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon."
- Deck must contain at least 25 cards related to "Galaxy" and/or "Photon.
- Extra deck must contain at least 5 "Number" cards.
- Deck must contain "Number 39: Utopia."
- Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V:
Yuya Sakkaki- Deck must contain "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon."
- Deck must contain 25 different cards related to: "Odd-Eyes," Pendulum Magician, and/or "Performapal."
Zuzu Boyle- Deck must contain 25 or more cards related to "Melodious."
Yugo- Deck must contain "Clear-Wing Synchro Dragon."
- Deck must contain 15 different "Speedroid" cards.
Declan Akaba- Deck must contain 25 or more "D/D" and/or "D/D/D" cards.
- Deck must contain "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon."
