How about a tournement to test skills?

So i have this idea of a tournement,Mainly to help duelists here get better at the game and used to different types of decks and get a better understanding of the goals of them by battling against them. get what im saying?

So heres how its goes. we will match people up against each other who are close to the same skill level and whoever wins that match goes on to the next round,Like any other tournement. we will watch everyones duels to make sure nothing goes wrong and no one cheats since this is gonna be on Dueling network cuze its manual. the Duelist who wins the final round will go against someone from the top dorm or an Admin and if they beat them they could get a reward for example moving up a dorm or something like that. but if they lose they can get 100 points. the amount of points can change on how long you lasted through the tournement. if you lose at the very beginning its 0. if you lose second round you get 5 or 10 points etc etc. but we will all communicate with skype and be in a group call, Cuze to be honest typing is very annoying especially in a tournement and typing can get rid of the flow you can have dueling and the adreniline cuze you gotta stop to type something. while talking is an instant reply and you can duel while talking so you dont have to stop to say something.

Who thinks this is a good idea? ill participate aswell of course.

The only way i see this working is if we have multiple brackets for each form then at the end a new bracket with the 4 bracket winners as you cant just judge skill easily
