Tier list in SoulCalibur IV

As with Lint and Smash, I figured that Id start posting Soul Calibur material on occasion. This time I'm going over IV's tier list. SCIV was by far the most noteable and innovative in the franchise, introducing several new characters who were popular guests in SCIII, and even a unique fighting style and character model in Yoda's design. This was by far the best-selling SC aside from SCV, and the best installment beside V in competitive value.
Let's get down to the tier list for IV.

Starkiller was op as hell in that game. Fun to play but omg the ridiculousness.

I did not know one of my mains was a top tier. Go Sophitia!
