OU Suspect Test: Dugtrio [2/10/2017]

Dugtrio is now being suspected testing in the OU Ladder. The claim that is brought up for the suspect test is Dugtrio's prominence in Stall teams with its ability 'Arena Trap' and how it can make playing against Stall difficult to play against.

Suspect test will last 2 weeks and will end on February 23rd.

Just the fact that people were using Diglett and Trapinch during the Suspect Test rubbed me the wrong way as to say that Dugtrio might not have been the problem, and Arena Trap was. It's good that the ban didn't follow through since it would only seem like a temporary solution to a problem instead of addressing the main issue. I'm not saying I would have been in agreement to ban Dugtrio, I just think that most of the complaints primarily came from Arena Trap.
