Worst archetypes?

The title explains most of it :3. Comment down what you think the worst archetype in yugioh is and why.

Probably Amazoness. The deck doesn't have very good synergy with itself and you might as well play any other Warrior deck than Amazoness.

Another one is Venom. Also a deck with very little synergy. But what makes it worse than Amazoness is that it's field spell is worse and their monster effects are worse as well.

People might like to perpetuate that Ice Barriers is the worst deck, but Ice Barriers have 2 thing that the decks I listed don't have. Good cards and synergy.

I would say Crystal Beast but they have Carbuncle spam plays
Doge makes an amazing point bout amazons but the worst has to be Genex. The cards are just pretty much worthless
The synchros they make are usually lackluster and their effects are mediocre at best

I disagree with Crystal Beasts. The deck has a lot of great plays and Abundance otk is a thing.

I'd say one of the worst has to be all of justice. They have like 1 or 2 good cards but the majority of their cards are so situational that they're not worth the deck space.

I'd also say that Arcana Force is pretty lousy. Luck based effects that can seriously kill any play you make on top of onlu having a handful of decent monsters.

Arcana Force, Ally of Justice and Genex are probably the worst 3 archtypes
Arcana have no guaranteed effects Ally of Justice are just no outside of catastor which is generic anyways and again the Genex cards dont really work together.

hmm didnt think about arcana force, ive never seen anyone use them but yea they are luck based so i suppose your right and some of them dont even have very good effects when they suceed

Hmm, that's hard to say. I guess it depends on the person. I would agree about the Amazoness. My friend in real life ran a deck and surprisingly she was able to beat me (psst, was a pretty bad duelist back then). But, each to their own so it's purely based on someones opinion.

I'd have to say the worst archetype is Ally of Justice since you really really need to hang into the opponent being light or turning them into light usually. And if anyone IS running light based deck they do tend to make it an absolute nightmare for them.
Catastor is too damn awesome tho.

Amazoness is so damn old fashioned that their effects are absolutely ridiculous today. And their best card is that ring they have.  Theyre just too damn slow to work with each other. Supposedly beatdown once upon a time. To make them work is absolutely weird and really really difficult.

Arcana Force actually ain't that bad bad it hinges heavily around second coin toss which is kinda cheating I guess. A gamblers deck. Light and fairies. Tarrot even I guess. Various stunts can be pulled here. But they rely heavily on the support cards to make then work properly. Card games about luck adding in more luck based things gets crazy. Lel.

Cloudians, Gorgonics, Vehicoroids, Venoms, Guardians. I think these guys need more support to keep up with the ages.

Ice Barriers are too damn awesome they don't even belong in a mention like this. Stardoge already said the stuff about synergy and all that.

I don't know about Genex but they take some serious creativity to work I guess. People rarely touch them. But they are extremely splashable.

Even if I do not have a high opinion on Crystal Beasts, they aren't that bad either. Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder is absolutely terrifying with them.

I'd have to say that the worst archetype is Crystal Beasts, they prevented any future spells and traps from being summoned also you can't summon the strongest beast:(Rainbow Dragon) without destroying all of them on the field.

Common misconception about crystal beasts

You don't need to destroy all of them. They have alternative methods of sending to the graveyard and they have a lot of Swarm and field clearing abilities
