The only Star Seraphs you need are Star Seraph Sceptar and Star Seraph Sovereignty. Star Seraph Scout and Star Seraph Scale aren't required. As far as the Bujins go, you're going to need 1 more copy of Bujingi Hare and 2 copies of Bujingi Turtle. Maybe Honest since your entire deck is LIGHT. Magical Mallet is completely unnecessary in the deck, you should replace them with Fire Formation - Tenki to search out your Yamato, Mikazuchi, and Hirume. To which I'd add saying you can add 1 more of each Beast-Warrior Bujin you have. And you seem to be missing one of the best extra deck cards for Buins being Susanowo and Kagutsuchi. And I think that's all I have to say, I'd add Fire Fist Bear just as an additional target for Tenki searches.
