Accel is so OP Razz, well, if argent (RUM) don't have the restriction of rank 5 that would be very good with Dark Rebellion Chaos Dragon

The good part about Accel for whoever is facing it is that Accel has to negate the first card the opponent plays. There is no choosing what to negate and what not to negate. Its similar to Number 23: Lancelot, Ghost Knight of the Underworld. Also, it doesn't work during either player's turn. It was specially designed so it wont get Mirror Forced, Dimensional Prisoned, etc.
