its an eff it has, when it is destroyed you can destroy all cards in your pendulum zone(s) and this card is put there

i wish the effect was to be able to use the oppents monsters to raise the attack of itself by destroying them, then resummons them a level up so if its a level 4 monster it would become level 5, then the attack damage would be doubled.... Konami wiould ban it INSTANLY lol, the card will get banned tho
