Rules:
- DevPro only YGOPRO Percy only (Link to YGOPRO courtesy of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.])
- TCG Only (No OCG Exclusive cards)
- Konami TCG Banlist [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
- All matches will be 2/3.
- Decks are locked throughout the tournament (i.e. you're stuck with one deck throughout the entire tourney)
- Screenshot results and report them to this thread
- If a match does not occur within three days (of a match report in post here, or of the tourney starting), participants will be dq'd.

Rewards:
1st Place receives 500MC
2nd Place receives 250MC
3rd Place receives 100MC
Bonus 500MCs to anyone who wins 1st place with a Buster Blader deck

Personally I use Percy way more then Dev due to Percy's way better stability.
