Rules:

- All matches will be 2/3.
- Decks are locked throughout the tournament (i.e. you're stuck with one deck throughout the entire tourney)
- Screenshot results and report them to this thread
- Disconnect at turn 2 and afterwards of a game counts as a game loss, not a match loss
- If a match does not occur within three days (of a match report in post here, or of the tourney starting), participants will be dq'd.

I'll restructure my question. I'm not asking who's able to post the results, what I'm more accurately asking is who is responsible if neither contestant posted the results? Commonly it's customary to ask the winners to have that responsibility. Not to say, losers shouldn't be able to post. I'm basically asking who is considered responsible if neither post results?

Customarily, the winners are held responsible if neither contestant posted the results.
Even if that may be so, I usually badger both duelists equally for the results.
