StardustLegend demotion

It is always really hard to do this. The Big 3 has decided to demote StardustLegend on the grounds that he wasn't necessary as a moderator and we were trying to cut down on the amount of moderators as is. I messaged Stardust before the demotion.
Stardust is still allowed to advertise his Deviantart page and the music/content he makes on MADA. Nothing was taken away except his power in chat.
