So I've been working on a simple troll deck that is based around The World.

The win condition is this get Arcana Force XXI - The World and ensure that its head effect always stays in effect which simply requires to send two of my own monsters to the graveyard and thus forcing the opponent to skip his entire turn. So with that i made the playstyle be a mill deck while searching out the necessary cards like COTH, OODS, or soul charge and dump out The world and 2 level eaters. The way how i do it is by using Kuribandit, Mathematician, Armageddon Knight and Dawn Knight as the cards to support the mill.

Now to ensure that The World gets its heads effect I've included Light Barrier which makes me choose which effect The world can get and Reversal of fate incase The world gets the tails effect. Now in order to complete the lockdown I've included Gagaga magician which alters his level from 1-8 giving me a perfect material for level eater to be brought back as fodders.

Also interesting note is the use of Booby Trap E which allows me to get back a lost continuous trap like COTH or OODS which are very important in the game.

Well thats all i can say for now if there are any suggestions or ideas on how to make it faster please do let me know.

Is level eaters effect permanent? As in, if you lower a monsters level, foes the level stay lost?

Yes level eater's effect is permanent, thats why i use Gagaga Magician to use Level eater as much as i want. So yeah The World gives me two turns to use Level Eater enough time to finish off the opponent or get Gagaga Magician out

Shining Angel seems largely irrelevant this format. Stormforth, Ignister, Dark Destroyer and Break Sword are going to get it off the field before it has a chance to  resolve. I'd recommend running a disruptive trap instead. Also, is running 3 of almost everything really that good in that deck? Seems like it would make the deck clog a lot.

If I need to pull off the lock then yes it is necessary cuz honestly I don't expect it to do well considering the fact twin twister is there but then again it's designed to troll the opponent not to compete.
