Announcement for Teachers and War Commanders

It has always been a matter of debate if staff members who aren't administrators and moderators should retain permanent glows. With the addition of War Commanders being part of staff now, we will relinquishing this privilege and adding a substitute in its place. War Commanders and Teacher will still have to buy their glows although as compensation, they will be receiving discounts since they are staff.

As of now, these are the discounts for War Commanders and Teachers:

Glows: 50MC
Renames: 100MC
Tournament License: 50% Off
Role-Playing License: 50% Off
