New War Commanders

After discussing with the Elite 4, we've approved all the applications being from Tormmentor, Doc and Blue. We had confidence with discussing about giving the position to Tormmentor since he has experiance and was a previous war commander. I hope to help train Doc become a better duelist and hope that Tormmentor will train him to be a good war commander, and I hope with this new position, Doc becomes more active. I know nothing of Blue but I'm open to see how he will perform as war commander.

As a note, how I pictured there being multiple war commanders is that each war commander is in charge of 1 war at a time, that way MADA could participate in multiple wars. Although it would be difficult on the duelists who are participating in multiple wars so I'll leave both that decision to the war commanders and members.

I welcome Tormmentor, Blue and Doc to the new position. I hope to see the war commanders prosper.
