Arena Section: Gaia Fields

A vast, open plain with tall grass as far as the eye can see. These meadows boreder the Dew Drop Sea, Lily Swamps, Azure Mountain, Scarred Desert and the Kein Ausgang Labyrinth.

Warrior- and Beast Warrior-type monsters receive a 500 ATK and DEF increase when dueling here while Spellcaster- and Psychic-type lose 500 ATK and DEF.

Jason stumbles into the plains. He looks around noticing the vast space he has around him. He can smell sea salt and the smoke of a machine. The open area is new to him. "Well now what?" He wonders. He sits down and ponders his next move accordingly.

It took some time, but Emiya managed to arrived at the edge of the grasslands, wiping the sweat off his head from a sleeve from his shirt. "And now ... to relax." He said, happily sighing. He feels the cool wind blow against his black hair, his breathing slowly turning steady.

As the wind blew Jason felt a strange presence in the area. As he stood up he noticed another person at the edge of the grasslands. He walks over. "Hey, whats up?" The new figure looks at him, confused and mystified.

Emiya paused as he sees something, someone saying something directed at him. The young adult didn't move, placing his hand on his face and shaking it. "Please, let this encounter be brief." He muttered to himself, looking up at this green haired individual walking towards him. Emiya's eyes were not pleased to have someone throwing themselves at him for a duel so early, or that's what believed.

"Are you gonna answer or what?" Said Jason as he started to get annoyed. The young man worked towards this figure. Then all of a sudden he noticed something strange. The heat from the dessert. "Must have been a mirage." He muttered to himself as he walked toward the sea to salvage some water for his journey to the mountains.

Emiya smiled as the figure walked away. Standing at the edge between the desert and the field, he stood to relax. He saw no reason to move as moving would imply interactions with others, and that would make attention. "I will wait for the others to arrive to me, a great plan honestly. " He said quietly as he began to stroll into the fields.

On the grassy fields with his vision blurred and dazed from the sun shining onto him a brown skinned boy with long dark hair laid back on the ground attempting to get his senses back to normal. As his vision got clearer he simply looked around noting the grassy fields on one side and a path taking to what seems to be a huge maze.

The boy would consider his next move as he knows that every step he takes comes a risk fully aware that this is his first and could possibly be his last if the risk is too much. The boy glanced at his duel-disk, sighing softly to himself and spoke in a calm tone

"Hate to do this but i gotta keep a low profile and be careful"

With that said he moved along towards a tree hiding by the shade so that he could spot anyone around this area for his next move.

With a outfit that contrasts with the grassy fields like these, Emiya stopped his walk to stand and recollect his thoughts as the sun shines its light onto him, his eyes squint at the annoyance the sun would become. 

He begins to wonder where the other contestants are, eyeing a tree in the distance. With no better place to go for now, he begins to walk towards the tree, his footsteps leaving visible prints onto the earth.

Emiya felt this breeze and stopped in his tracks, sticking his hands into the pocket of his uniform. "Was tha- no no, it's not even a day yet. You can't be hallucinating yet. Most be come other tribute playing a prank. Not very funny." He muttered, standing still to see if he could confirm what that breeze had in store or if it truly was just something some other tribute nearby pulled.

"Why am I trying to hard to think?" He thought to himself, deciding that the breeze was nothing unusual, continuing his walk towards the tree with a slower pace.

His curiosity peaked, walking over to the card, attempting to pick it up to read what card it was.

"A cruel joke. Perhaps I can use this card to fuel a fire tonight." Emiya thought to himself, putting this card in his pocket.

On the tree he camped on sitting on a branch, the brown skinned boy would scan the area carefully, noticing that someone is coming close by he finds it to be a male with an out of the ordinary outfit that would make him a walking target. This made the boy feel tense as he didnt need any confrontations too soon, with that in mind he carefully kept an eye on the male hoping that he hasn't spotted him.

He then noticed that the male picked something from the ground which appears to be a card. Seeing him place it in his pocket, the boy still keeping still on the branch making sure that his cover doesn't get blown. However SNAP!! the branch on which he decided to stay on broke and he fell bottoms first

"Ow" he slowly got up rubbing the spot where he landed with no serious injuries. Then noticing that his cover would be blown he soon ducked below while facing the direction where the other person was, hoping that he wasn't spotted even though he could have been heard by now.

Soon after the card was placed into his pocket, he heard the snap of something and the fall. Instinctively, he ran over at the noise, easily able to see a tanned skin guy in what he can only assume as a tank top.

"Hey, what were you doing, spying on me?" He asks, crossing his arms and tapping a foot. His eyes look down at this unknown male.

Xavi approaches the field from the forest, creeping as close as he can to the borders of the field, to avoid detection,

Ozpin suddenly found himself in the Fields. Looking around, confused at the sudden scenery change, he noticed the labyrinth nearby

That was the word that keeps running through his head as he realized he was spotted. He had no other options and simply stood up facing the one who spotted him. The boy would size him up seeing if there is anything he could use to take advantage.

He shakes his head and keeps his face emotionless, showing that he isn't going to be intimidated and spoke. "And what if I was? I suggest that you...." Stopping midway the boy would hear something or someone nearby to which he looked towards the source then looked back at the male with a serious look placing his right index finger on his own mouth as if to tell him to not to make a noise.

"Be quiet and stay low got it?" As he said that he would crouch down and hide by the tree looking at where he heard the sound which was coming from where the path to the maze stood.

"We're going to duel, and you will decline after this." He muttered, loud enough for for him and the unknown tribute can hear, crouching down beside the tree this guy was using to spy on him in the first place, and waited. His face annoyed for the actions this tribute has done.

A wooden barell comes flying out of nowehere from behind Emiya and slams right into him, sending him sprawling into the open with the barell. The sounds of the commotion sure to attract a lot of attention.

Looking over at the direction of the maze entrance, the boy would spot a black haired man standing there. It surprised the boy as he was there before and he hasn't noticed anyone within that area too soon. Then a sudden crash of a wooden box occurred, by instinct the brown skinned boy would grab the broken branch, jump away and roll to safety so that he could defend himself, when that was done he looked towards the other guy next to him who happens to be knocked by that said wooden box.

"Hey are you ok!?" He called out to him but then he realized that the sound would attract attention and knowing is he stayed any longer he would get caught in a possible conflict. So with that sort of odds, the boy runs away leaving the other one behind. He would head towards the mountainous area.

Ozpin noticed the two conflicting tributes, and decided it would be best not to intervene. His curiousity was more focused on the Labyrinth, and so he made that his designated location and made his way to the sector.

He was stuck between a rock and a hard place, having his options limited, he would to have to duel the tanned skin tribute next to him. As he slowly climbs out of the wooden box that somehow sprung up against him, managing to say "Hey, I ha- wait where did he go?" He puts his feet onto the grassy earth of the fields, turning back to look down the barrel, wondering if there was anything in there.
