MADA Hunger Games II: Deck Masters

Deck Masters are cards chosen from the Duelist's main deck and Banished. These Deck Masters act as a sort of avatar that represents the duelist and their deck in a duel. They also offer special abilities while in the Banishment zone.
These abilities are not selected by the duelist, but are pre-determined. This topic will serve as a reference guide and ability list for the deck masters used in the Hunger Games II.

At the beginning of each duel, the Deck Master is selected before either player makes a move. These choices may not change between duels in a match, but you CAN choose different Deck Masters each match. A deck master can be any Main Deck monster that can be Special Summoned. At any time during a duel, you may choose to Special Summon your deck master. If you do, you must be sure that any special restrictions on its summoning can be fulfilled, such as the proper Ritual Spell or contions on the field.

If a Deck Master on the field is ever destroyed, banished, or otherwise removed from the field, you lose the match immediately.

Any card that belongs in, or can GO TO, the Extra Deck, is not apllicable for Deck Master. This means no Fusions, Synchros, Xyzs, or Pendulums.

The following are abilities that can/will be given to deck masters. Simply Post your deck master choices that you plan to use in the HG and I will respond with which abilities they have.

Deck Master Ability: Once per turn; you can destroy a Spell or Trap card you control, then target 1 monster on your side of the field. It can attack twice this Battle Phase but cannot attack the opponent directly.

Deck Master Ability: At the End of your Battle Phase, if you Special Summoned a "Gladiator Beast" from the deck this turn; you can Special Summon 1 level 4 or lower "Gladiator Beast" with a different name from your hand in Defense position.

Gladiator Beast Bestiari
Deck Master Ability: Once per turn, during either players turn; When you Special Summon a "Gladiator Beast" from your deck, you can destroy 1 face-up spell or trap on the field and if you do, you cannot attack directly this turn.

Gladiator Beast Murmillo
Deck Master Ability: When you Special Summon a level 4 or lower "Gladiator Beast" from your deck; You can switch it to defense position and if you do, destroy 1 monster on the field.

DDD King Pendragon's Ability: By destroying 1 face-up Spell or Trap you control, you can target 1 Fiend or Dragon-type monster and increase its ATK by 500 until the end of the turn.

Deck Master Ability: During your end phase, you can add 1 Spell card from your Graveyard to your hand, then banish 1 card from your hand face down.

Dark Magician
Deck Master Ability: When you activate a normal Spell card, you can pay 1000 LP and if you do, copy that spell's effect.

Dark Magician Girl
Deck Master Ability: During your end phase, you can excavate the top 5 cards of your deck, then select 1 monster among them and add it to your hand. Shuffle the rest into the deck.

Deck Master Ability: Once per turn: target 1 monster you control; it can attack while in defense position this turn and uses its DEF for damage calculation. If you use this effect this turn, the selected monster cannot attack directly this turn.

Judgment Dragon
Deck Master ability: Once per turn, when a "Lightsworn" monster is sent from the deck to the Graveyard by the effect of a "Lightsworn" monster; you can pay 1000 LP: Add 1 of those sent "Lightsworn" to your hand. If a face-up "Lightsworn" would be destroyed by a card effect, you can send 1 card from the top of your deck to the Graveyard for each monster instead.

i wanted to tell everyone that due to reasons i was allawed to switch back to buster blades, i dont know if sketch has told everyone but the abilities for the deck masters are

buster blader: when a warrior type monster battle a dragon monster it gains 500 atk
buster blader the destruction swordmaster: when a warrior type monster destroys a monster by battle you can equip the destroyed monster to the warrior type monster and it can no logner be destroyed by monsters of the same type as the equiped monster

i may remember wrong and if i am please correct me sketch, i just wanted to give everyone a heads up
