Nothing really changed with this card, it just makes it easier to understand. The same can not be said about Black Horn of Heaven.

Black Horn of Heaven is no longer able to negate a Pendulum Summon of more than 1 monster. Thank you Konami for making a card that didn't deserve the errata be absolutely useless against Pendulum summons of monsters more than 1. Apparently this is how it's always been ruled in the OCG.
