"Survivors" Episode 7: Trickery

[The Doctor]

Doc watched Menial help Saber and Murilo for days, always wondering why it was only him. He knew something was up. He ignored it anyways. Doc wakes up, touching the fabric that is the couch, and looking across the room, seeing Zach talking to Sketch and Derpsalot, discussing strategy for what to do. Doc grabbed a can of food and ate it.

"Doc." A27 says. Doc looks at him, finishing a can of beans, and sees Dusty with him. Dusty shows Doc a notebook with ideas. Doc scans it with the rest of the group, seeing 1 potential idea.

"This seems good." Doc points at an idea. It reads "Bait". A27 looks at Doc, Doc looks at Dusty, Dusty looks at A27. They nod and tell the rest of the people. Everyone seems happy with it, but Murilo, Menial, and Saber are a bit off. They are mad.

Later in the day, Doc asks Zach a question.

"Zach." Doc says.

"Yes?" Zach replied.

"I got a feeling." Doc confesses.

"What kind?" Zach asks.

"Someone might be a spy." Doc says. He knew something was up. Zach agreed. They both stayed up late, thinking who it could be. They check Derpsalot, Sketch, and Dusty off the list. They wouldnt do a thing. A27 was a bit suspicious.

"What now?" Doc says.

"We wait." Zach writes in a book. Late that night, after Doc falls asleep, Sketch sees Zach, and crawls to him, with Derpsalot following.

"We know what you are doing Zach." Sketch whispers. She tries not to wake Doc and everyone else.

"Ok. What is it?" Zach leans down.

"Someone's a spy. And we can help." Derpsalot says in a hushed tone. Doc wakes up, seeing them there. He rubs his eyes while they talk in small whispers.

"So now what?" Derpsalot asks.

"I dont know, we find out who it is." Doc says. He leans against Zach, tired. "Cant we continue this tomorrow?"

"No. Its safer now." Sketch replies. Everyone hears a voice, and some muffled yells and cries for help. Doc is scared and reaches for his knife. Sketch quickly takes the knife away from him and shoves it in the nightstand. Doc looks out, and sees 3 figures carrying a bodybag. He recognizes 2 of them, Saber and Menial, but the third was odd. He saw a lab coat. A27! Doc was sure it was, but it couldnt have been. He sees a metal piece on the coat. He knew it wasnt him. A27 doesnt wear pins or anything on the coat. He knew A27 was in the bag. Everyone just shut up and layed down where ever they could. Doc slept on the floor with a pillow, Derpsalot was laying there with Sketch on the bed, and Zach was laying against the wall. Morning came.

"Where's the others?" Dusty says in the morning, rubbing his eyes. He sees the 4 come out of the small corner room. Doc still looks sleepy, but everyone else is awake. Dusty sees a note and snatches it, handing it to Derpsalot. She reads it, stating that everyone else went away to find food.

"But we have enough food." Sketch says. Doc grabs his headphones and puts them on, listening to music.

"Lets go get them." Everyone grabs a weapon. Sketch holds her guns, Doc with a knife and a hammer, Derpsalot steals Doc's Katanas, and Zach and his weedhacker.

"Best weapon ever Zach! Can we trade?" Doc offers his knife and hammer. Zach declines, turning it on near Doc's knee. He jumps right to Dusty.

"So....do we fight?" Dusty asks. He grabs a butcher knife.

"Lets go." Derpsalot says.
