Turmain - Nushire Town

The quaint town of new and exciting journeys. Nestled on the southeastern coast of Turmain and home to the regional Pokemon Professor, Alora Tennyson.

The cruise liners had all finally arrived in the port of Nushire Town. Trainers of every age and region were present. Near the entrance of town was a decent sized wooden stage with a banner welcoming the trainers. Upon the stage was a podium and several chairs, each seating someone. A total of seven chairs. In the first sat an attractive, blue-haired woman in a white coat. Her eyes twinkled in the midday sun and a soft smile was on her lips.

Beside her sat a younger girl with magenta-pink hair, a pink tunic dress, magenta leggings and light pink, arm-length gloves.. On top the girl's head was a pair of...cat-like ears. Next in the line up was a beautiful blonde beside. She wore a knee-length black coat, black pants and boots and her lustrous golden hair was ornamented with small, black clips. The silver-haired man beside her straightened his tie and dusted off his business suit before returning to his stoic, although eager, appearance. At the end of the row sat a dark-skinned girl with thick, purple hair and a poofy pink skirt, similar to a princess dress, and beside her in the last chair was a fair-skinned woman in an elaborate white jacket with brown hair in a ponytail.

The woman in the lab coat eventually stood and walked over to the podium, waiting for everyone to settle down.



"Thank you all for coming to celebrate with us. This year marks the one-hundredth anniversary of the Pokemon League, and the Turmain League is proud to host the Centennial League Tournament!"

The crowd echoed with a cheer before she continued, "My name is Professor Alora Tennyson, regional Pokemon professor of Turmain. I will be charged with keeping track of each and every one of you. Your progress, your Pokemon that you capture, everything. Joining us this year, are our six Regional League Champions!" she motions over to the others sitting.

"At the far right, the Kalos League Champion, and world-famous movie star, Diantha!"

Diantha stands, giving a blown kiss and small wave


"Next we have our Unova League Champion, and youngest Champion on record, Iris!"

The dark-skinned princess stood and curtsied.


"Beside her is our Hoenn League Champion, and heir to the Devon Corporation, Steven Stone!"
With amazing grace, Steven stood beside Iris, giving a formal bow and a crowd-winning wink


"Moving right along, our glamorous Sinnoh Champion, Cynthia!"
The beautiful blonde woman stood silently beside Steven, giving a curt nod.


"And of course, our very own Turmain Region Champion, Nya McVay!"
The pink-haired teen stood and gave a twirl and bow, smiling sweetly for the crowd. Now that she was standing, and thanks to the twirl, Nya's long, slender pink tail was easily visible.


"We hope you all have a great time celebrating with us," the professor continued, "and look forward to seeing as many of you each Victory Island as possible! Good luck to all of you!"

The audience let out a roar of approval and began to slowly march toward town.

Seeing the stranger and hearing his request, "Of course sir. It will only take five minutes~"

Issac rushed into the doors of the pokemon center before quickly readjusting his attitude and posture. He calmly walks up to the nurse and returned his Wooper to its pokeball. He placed 2 pokeballs on the countere where the nurse would take his pokemon, panting from all the running he had to do.

With a simple nod and smile, Nurse Joy took Isaac's Pokeballs and placed them onto another tray next to Aurum's, "As I just told this gentlemen, it will be a mere five minutes to heal them."

Aurum observed a youth calmly walk in with an injured Wooper, put it back in its pokeball and hand two pokeballs to the nurse. Raising an eyebrow Aurum decided to make an attempt to start conversasion while he waited for Nurse Joy.
"So er, what brings you here?" Aurum asked the stranger sheepishly.

[Akaneia]

Issac turns his eyes on the older male with fine hat and coat. He examines him with his eyes, unsure why he would want to start up an convosation in the pokemon center, a place for healing. He was even more unsure he attempted to speak to someone who looks like a punk, but he did speak. 

"To explore." Issac replied, his tone stern.

Aurum observed the interesting youth and the his cold stern look as their eyes met. Sweating even more Aurum took off his hat and starting fanning himself a bit. He now wished that Nurse Joy would be done fastsr.
"Well. It's a whole world out there isn't it? An adventure. We shall meet out there again sometime I suppose." said Aurum as he held out his hand. "My name is Aurum. What is yours?"

This old man wasn't the only one who wanted the nurse to hurry up, he was getting creeped out by this man's friendliness. Issac took a step back when Aurum told him his name and extended his hands. 

Issac doesn't know what this man wanted from him, but he gave out his name. "Issac. Name's Issac." He sticked his hands in his pockets, refusing to shake that man's.

Nurse joy returned to the counter with two small trays with Pokeballs on them, "Here you are. Both of your teams have recovered fully."

Issac quickly took his pokeballs and ran out of the center, wanting to get away from that weirdo.

He makes a sprint to the pokemon center once again.

Aurum quickly grabs pokeballs and stuffs them in his coat. Giving a wide smile and a polite nod to Nurse Joy, Aurum puts his hat on and heads out. "That Isaac is very interesting..." said Aurum on his way towards Route 1. "Very interesting indeed..."

A teenage boy was waiting in the crowd to see all the pokemon champions live on stage. As the crowd disperses he checks his phone and rereads the message Professor Oak from Kanto had sent him. Visit Professor Tennyson, she is the brightest mind in all of Turmain, she will give you your first pokemon. Make sure to study the Turmain region well and bring me back lots of information. But more importantly make strong connection with any and all pokemon that you should encounter on your journey The teenager shrugs. "I guess I have to visit the lady on stage to get my pokemon."

The teen then puts his phone in his pocket and searches for the town's pokemon laboratory.

He walks around for awhile when he comes up to a building resembling oak's research facility from Kanto. "This must be it." The teen walks up to the building and knocks on the door.

Officially have the Evee I gave ya, plus the items.

[The Doctor]

Alex hands the pokeball to the nurse.

"Can you heal him?" Alex asks.

((Sorry for late reply. Was busy.)

"But of course. Let me just take your Pokemon a few minutes."

[The Doctor]

-hands Pikachu to nurse joy-

Five minutes later, and Pikachu is fully healed.

Alex grabs the Pikachu and thanks the kind nurse.

"Thank you!" Alex yells as he runs out.

"I'm gonna call you....Sparky." Alex says quietly to the pokeball.
