Oy oy oy. My list feels cramped up as it already is. Even a top ten would have caused me hell. Thus I shall restrict myself to just anime here and feel that favourite game characters should have a different list. Also after compiling this list, I have noticed that a majority of my favourite anime characters come from Fairytail.
