About respecting others.

Okay, I have seen a trend among several users, old and new, of disrespecting their fellow students, as well as administrators and moderators. We have RULES for REASONS. ALSO, we DO NOT tolerate people who think they are above everybody else and that try to cram their opinion of themselves down other peoples' throats. NOW, to close this lecture out, if you feel big and bad, and keep trash talking, take it to DN. Back yourself up. Don't stall for time and make excuses as to why you CAN'T.

If you don't have anything nice to say about somebody, then don't say it at all. If you act like you're bigger and badder than somebody else, then you must have some kind of insecurity problems, because there is ALWAYS a bigger fish out there.

Shadow no offense to you but you need to obey the rules to. I locked this because there is no need to comment on a rules citation further more there has been conflicts of people placijg themselves above others. Now everyone has speech rights but within reason. Acting above others is Not ok for the reason you are putting them down by doing so. Here at mada we are a family. If you cannot partake ina civilized disgussion with out hyping your ego then there is no place for you here. Secondly respecting the staff. We work hard to mauntain an enviorment where people can talk. Disrespect is not ok. even if you have background as an admin it is not ok to disrespet others here. If you have a problem pm me or anorher staff and we will have a meeting to disguss said problem.
lastly I go by a strick 2 strike policy. 1st is a warning and kick. 2nd is 1hr ban. This depends on severity of punnishment. If problem continues after unban rhen you will be ban for the day.
