Rules:
- DevPro only YGOPRO Percy only (Link to YGOPRO courtesy of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.])
- TCG Only (No OCG Exclusive cards)
- Konami TCG Banlist [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
- All matches will be 2/3.
- Decks are locked throughout the tournament (i.e. you're stuck with one deck throughout the entire tourney)
- Screenshot results and report them to this thread
- If a match does not occur within three days (of a match report in post here, or of the tourney starting), participants will be dq'd.

Once you start the tournament, you're stuck with that one deck you started with for the rest of the tourney.

We will be starting the tournament at 0000hrs Thursday +5GMT.

Remember to take the screenshot of every duel to post here as your duel results.

Just to clarify
"No ocg exclusive cards" means anything not currently In the tcg, correct?

That is correct
You cannot use anything that has not come to the TCG.

Setting the duel format to "TCG cards only" or something in your dueling program theoretically should easily take care of this issue safe and secure for both you and your opponent when about to duel.
