(3) Send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard, then target 1 Level 7 or 8 Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard; send this card to the Graveyard, Special Summon the target monster.

this card would be really usefull to the deck, an other easy way to revive (wich the deck already has a few but still) and seems more reliable then decoy dragon and with tis other effects to it could stock up the grave quite fast if it survives, all in all hyped for this card

And they have some seriously sweet cards.
Cards like this make it even sweeter.

Hmmm...
I think to turn it into a level8 usually for synchro or XYZ purposes. Tis a level four light attribute dragon type. A delayed and maybe gimmicky effect.
The way the text is written probably makes that a more permanent effect.
Someone care to elaborate on how this effect can specifically benifit the Felgrand series?

Despite the amazing card art I'm gonna have to say it ain't really worth investing In a Dragon Lord deck, cuz there are other cards that can perform the same tasks that it's 2nd effect can do but at a much more faster rate example being Dragon shrine and at some point melody of the awakening dragon. Plus while I do like the 3rd effect I'm sure the other felgrand cards could do the job just as easily as we do have Gospel Revival too.

The second effect is awful. It has to send to grave. Nice screw-up Konami. There is next to nothing that it'll destroy anyway. Except maybe a stray BA or something.

I have since asking found a card that apparently works off of this guy's weird (1) effect and that's "Ruins of the Great Divine Dragon."

"While you control a Level 7 or 8 Dragon-Type monster, if a monster(s) is Special Summoned, except from the Graveyard: Negate its effects until the end of this turn (even if this card leaves the field). Once per turn: You can send 1 other face-up card you control to the Graveyard; Special Summon 1 "Great Dragon Token" (Dragon-Type/LIGHT/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0). If this card is in your Graveyard: You can send 1 Level 7 or 8 Dragon-Type monster from your hand or your side of the field to the Graveyard; add this card to your hand."

i used to have decoy dragon becuse of nostalgia, im not a very competetive person, i was comparing dragon knight of creation to it becuse both are low level monsters that can bring back the big players of the deck, creation is definantly better though
