Due to Lord Alucard's unacceptable behaviour and refusal to cooperate and improve on said behaviour, he has been removed from the position of Moderator.

Xavier, Arctic, Tormmentor and I all find this bullshit! Sketch made unfair of his powers to unmod Murilo and remove an emote just because he didn't like it! ALSO, the administrators chose to ignore Sketch's conduct and instead only focus on Murilo! Murilo did nothing recently to deserve any kind of punishment from what Ive seen so far! The ONLY admin that was there was Sketch, meaning that the only admin you could message is biased as FUCK because he is the one who used his powers unjustly! Sketch also demoted Murilo without consulting the other admins! I am ashamed of what this has become, I should have never stepped down. Hell, Azmain should never have left! It would be better off with him! Fucking ban me for this if you want, but I am telling it how it is. This place fucking sucks now Im sorry Demon, Dog and Lint, but this is just my opinion at this point.

We've discussed it through. It's a unanimous between the Elite 4. Each one of us has given Murilo warnings about this and he refuses to listen or care. Even today when he was being warned by Sketch, he had just dismissed the warning. And overall, he seems to not care about being demoted either. The demotion is final.

For future reference to avoid another situation like this from happening, if 1 of the Elite 4 were to make a decision such as remove a staff from power, they are to give a warning to the user and discuss/inform the other Elite 4. Again, only when 1 is present. If 2 are present in the chat, it would definitely be optimal if both discuss the options and then got a 3rd vote.

I'm surprised at the feedback this action received; although I think it's more to do with the fact that 1 administrator had came to this conclusion without discussing with the other Elite 4, over just demoting Murilo.
