MADA 2016 - New Dorms and Systems now official!

Yeah. Trasition into this system is now official.
MADA dorming system is no longer going to be based on gauging skill via testing.
MADA has never been a competitive dueling academia and we discourage elitism.
We want to focus more on learning and having a healthy non-toxic environment instead.

So, instead YOU get to pick a (ONE. SINGLE.) dorm based on your most prominent and/or favourite method of extra deck summoning. The summoning method that you want to major in.

All members have had their dorms/colours reset.
Nobody lost their positions here. Same old jobs and duties. Except. Testers have now become TEACHERS.

This system is still new and developping so expect lots of changes in the future.


According to Arc V, there are four dimensions.
Going from bottom right to clockwise,
Standard, XYZ, Synchro, Fusion.
Each dimension specializes in a certain extra deck method.


The four MADA dorms are now

- STANDARD Dorm


- XYZ Dorm


- SYNCHRO Dorm


- FUSION Dorm


(The Dorm colours were picked based on the above picture
The colour for Standard is the colour of Vanilla cards.)

What the Dorms represent and stand for should be pretty obvious by their names. Except for one thing.
Standard Dorm stands for "Pendulums and Everything Else".
If you feel like none of the extra deck methods suit you, then you belong in the Standard Dorm.
And no. Ritual is not an extra deck method.

Speaking of Teachers
These guys will now be responsible for dishing out articles, lessons, exams and homework and all them stuff like that now.

Currently these teachers have decided to take charge of certain dorms and their special summoning methods.
- Professor Akaneia for STANDARD
- Professor Jakachu100 for XYZ
- Professor RogueShadow and Shadowknight76 (Noctis Caelum) for SYNCHRO
- Professor Zaio Volnutt for FUSION


A new and a new system. I feel this is another huge step forward to MADA.

No Teacher has decided to take charge of Fusion yet.
I'm actually hoping that Zaio will teach Fusion when he is back

MuriloG4M3R has agreed to be our temporary Fusion teach until we decide on a permanent one for the position.
Now we have Teachers for all dorms.
