New Banner Vote

This thread will decide which banner we should use. Vote between Sketch's banner or Pyro's banner.

While I do like Pyros effects and overall design better, the render used, imo, doesn't really fit with the site's theme all that well as, unless I'm mistaken, it is a Warrior related card in its effect.

Sketch's renders are at least of the Spellbooks and clearly fit with theme, though I think the effects could use some touching up on.

As a result I have to put my vote to Sketch's on the basis of better fitting this site's theme despite me liking Pyro's more from a general design.

i agree with mimgrim, sketchs banner fits our site much better but i personally prefer Pyro´s, however since i think the spellbooks are a perfect picture for the sites theme i vote for that one

Honestly, I prefer pyro's banner since it simply looks better with all the effects and rendering. But I am going to agree with mim and menial here. Even though Pyro's banner is better, sketch's just fits the whole magician/spellcaster theme while pyro's banner looks more fitting for warriors.

I love pyro's banner but sketch's banner wins for me.

So we are no longer voting for skill lol? And Lady of the lake in context is considered a witch or a magician so I don't see how it doesn't fit in with the theme of "magic"

Lady of the Lake in the context of Yugioh is an Aqua type monster that supports the Warrior type and draws insperation from the Athurian Legends which is mainly about knighthood and kings and the like which is generally associated with the Warrio type in Yugioh.

She just doesn't fit with the theme of this site that well.

Just because I think one banner looks better then the other doesn't mean I think it should be used for a site that has a specific theme to it.

This isn't a vote which banner is better designed but rather which one should be used for the site and I believe Sketch's fits the site's theme better.

pyros banner is great but i voted for skectch because common sense tells me that a magician themed banner should be used for a site called magical arts duel academy.

It would be silly to put something irrelevant as the banner.
