OCG April 2015 Banlist

I want to be up-front and say that this is not our banlist and doesn't affect anyone playing in the NTSC/TCG region. This only affects those who play in a PAL/OCG region such as Japan and South Korea. This does not reflect on our banlist which would be coming later this week.

even though this isn't a TCG banlist, I still have to say:

this is konamis least thought out OCG banlist ever. temple of the kings to 3. really? unless it got errata'd people are gonna be doing the scrap iron scarecrow/temple of kings attack lock all day.

unlimit the baby rulers, ban the regular rulers., very not well thought out for a banlist, if your gonna ban one set of dragon rulers at least ban the other. in short this just screams konami is desperate for things to limit/ban/unlimit in the OCG and are clearly just changing the first cards they see without thinking.

I feel that Dark Magician of Chaos (DMOC) could have came off the banlist without the errata. I feel this was another unnecessary move from Konami.
