Performapal Gatlinghoul Will it be good?

If you guys don't know This was a monster first released in the yugioh arc v anime when yuya and reiji went against leo akaba.
Here is its effect:
Entermate Gatlinghoul / Performapal Gatlinghoul
Level 8 DARK Fiend-Type Fusion Effect Monster
ATK 2900
DEF 900
Fusion Materials: 1 “Performapal” monster + 1 Level 5 or higher DARK monster
You can only use the [(1)st] effect of “Performapal Gatlinghoul” once per turn.
(1) If this card is Fusion Summoned: You can inflict 200 damage to your opponent for each card on the field, and if this card was Fusion Summoned using a Pendulum Monster as Material, you can destroy 1 monster your opponent controls, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to that monster’s original ATK.

Will it be able to do anything in the current meta? Will there be to many decks with this card making it bland to play?
