Basically I'm mostly looking for ideas to make this deck better (as if somehow I can get 3 Toadally Awesome and 3 Dimensional Barriers I'm going to play it irl at some regionals, and if I go, UK nats (if Toadally Awesome isn't banned by then))

Few things on some card choices to help people when suggesting things

Jigabyte & Tin Goldfish
I'm running a 3:2 ratio is for a few reason, the main one being the inclusions of 3 Strategist of the Ice Barrier and 3 Choco Magician Girl allows me to cycle a card, if I draw into a Jigabyte I can then special one allowing for me to go into Bahamut Shark where Tin Golfish doesn't do anything this turn if I draw it off one of their effects. When I have them in my hand prior they both have benefits and drawbacks, but I feel Jigabyte has more benefits. Jigabyte allows me to dodge Maxx "C", if they play it when I summon him I can still go for Bahamut Shark and Toadally Awesome as I only give them a plus 1, but with Tin Plate Goldfish its more of a risk to do that. It also allows me to dodge effect negation such as Effect Veiler (until at least I summon the Bahamut Shark, but then at least I have something on the field).

Xyz Change Tactics
Sometimes I don't want to go for a Bahamut Shark (because they have something it can't run over for example), so I'd want to go into a Number S39: Utopia, this card makes that play even better. For the cost of 1500 LP I get to draw 3 cards off of summoning the Number S39: Utopia which nets me some nice advantage to make further plays if the Utopia doesn't work out.

Wetlands
While I agree this is probably the weakest card in the deck this card gives all of my level 2 monsters a 1200 attack boost, which could potentially be huge. This turns a dud hand where I can't drop a Toadally Awesome into a hand that, while it isn't a strong one, one that can at least summon a monster over 2000 attack (unless the level 2 is ronintoadin but then I can just set him). It also helps if I summon a Toadally Awesome with level 2s, In my opponent's SP I get to summon a Swap Frog from my deck (which lets me dump a Ronintoadin), but normally he'd be easy to kill with 1000 attack, but the field spell makes him as strong as Toadally Awesome making it much harder for my opponent to remove it giving me more chance at going for more Toadally Awesomes on the following turn. This card is also really good with Dewdark of the Ice Barrier, it turns my 1200 direct attack into a 2400 direct attack, which is quite a lot of damage, and if I have Prior of the Ice Barrier in addition to this it means I can do 4600 damage before going into a Toadally Awesome.

Dimensional Barrier
While everyone knows this card is really good I have no idea if people are main decking 3 of them, as I am in this deck, but it works really well as a compliment stun trap to the Solemns. The only way for people to get over the Toadally Awesome is to summon a bigger monster, this is normally done through one of the summoning methods that Dimensional Barrier stops, where I'd rather not negate this with the Toadally Awesome (if they even have to use a card/effect to summon the bigger monster). Running this at 3 addition to the Solems gives me an over 50% chance to draw a backrow to back up Toadally Awesome (if I run 2 its practically 50%) given that I have an incredibly high chance of opening with a turn 1 Toadally Awesome.

Number S39: Utopia Prime
Basically this card is only here so I can get an extra draw off of Xyz Chance Tactics, but its effect could possibly win me the game.

Vanity's Fiend
Normally in my standard side deck I'm running more Kaijus and Interrupted Kaiju Slumber, but this card demolishes ABCs and Blue-Eyes and its not too unlikely that I can summon it with either Swap Frog or Ronintoadin or even Instant fusion. If I can get this and a Toadally Awesome (which will be if I draw Swap Frog Instant Fusion and the Vanity's Fiend) that's practically an instant win against most decks.

Royal Decree
I'm not running many traps, so putting this in is pretty easy against any control deck, this card can win games against anything trap heavy single handedly (assuming I have plays I can make).

Why 3 Ronin? In what scenario will that be more helpful than a 40 card deck? I'm curious since it seems like the max you'd need at any point is 2.
