You can only use the (2)nd effect of “Phantasmal Miscellasaurus” once per turn.
(1) During either player’s Main Phase: You can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard; for the rest of that Main Phase, Dinosaur-Type monsters you {currently} control are unaffected by card effects activated by your opponent. (This is a Quick Effect).
(2) You can banish any number of Dinosaur-Type monsters from your Graveyard, including this card; Special Summon from your Deck 1 Dinosaur-Type monster whose Level equals the number banished, but destroy it during the End Phase.

Note: Another decent name for this might be Phantomborn Miscellasaurus, but we’ll have to see. (Decchan note: the name is several puns. Gensou – the same word the name pun in Melodious cards comes from – is normally “illusion”, but here the sou has been replaced with a kanji meaning “create”, likely referring to the mixed-up nature of this monster. “Miscellasaurus” may also be a pun, since the sera in “Miscella” is the same as how you’d write “cera” in “triceratops”, but it could just as well be a random name. Perhaps it’ll be Mixaurus or Miscellatops when it reaches TCG shores?)

If it does work like Apelio, then that makes Tyranno Infinity semi-playable. But most dinosaurs are pretty garbage, so the deck would still not be all that great.

Evolsaurs are dinos though. Evolzars are the dragons. Evolsaurs are pretty terrible though. Unfortunately they're still probably your best bet if you're planning to run dino.dek

Um well there is the Dino Pendulum deck but it's not good at all but it still makes Infinity and Treatoad just like every other good deck so it can't be that bad. >.<

Fossil Dig is amazing. A ROTA for level 1-6 dinos. But the problem is that there's not enough worth searching. Just about all the dinos are from a different era barring the odd dino from hodge-podge archetypes such as Evilswarm. And apparently Konami has no real issue with that.
