Maxx C getting semi'd doesn't really make much sense. If they believed it to be a problem a limit would have made more sense. Putting at two just means that players get a extra slot in their side deck (possibly main deck) without it affecting anything or the players are not affected as they only played 2 in the first place. I just don't get it.

And Ulti Canna still being limited makes me sad.

It was bad for Pendulum decks as they couldn't swarm as much. Gotta push them sales, eh?
