[Announcement] Monthly "Money in the Bank" Tourney

So this idea got the go ahead from all of us Big 3.
So we're doing it.

Each month all the money you spent at the MADA shop for that month
will be put into the "pot" or "virtual bank"
Once per month a tournament (Pokémon or YGO, a poll would be made each month.)
would be made where the prizes are the MCs that were banked over the month.

This tournament will usually be hosted by either an admin or a mod at the 1st of each month.
