Only thing is Kozmo and Monarch say screw you to Vishnu cause they barely if ever (Monarchs) use the extra deck at all. And Vishnu only says Extra deck summoned. OH CRAP JUST REALIZED this thing can hit monsters pendulum summoned from extra!
