Removing/Modifying previous restrictions and a new item

It has been unanimous of the Big 3 to modify or remove previous restrictions that Sketch had implemented along with adding a new item for the shop that might see some use.

1st; We've all agreed to change the 1 month restriction to 1 week for name changes.

2nd; We are removing the options to buy RP licenses or Tournament licenses and decided that anyone should have the ability to host both for free.

3rd; The new item is called "MADA Checks". You will be able to send any amount of MC to another user for them to reclaim and MADA takes a 10% cut of the MC.

I like the MADA Checks thing, since some people can't get MC a lot, and + there is interest.
