And I also love the artwork!

love the artwork, like its effect but it is becuse of its rank not very usefull in galaxy (especially since it needs dragons) and for the same reasons i wouldnt really use it in dragons either

Like Menial said artwork is good and resembles to its greater look which is tachyon dragon however Galaxy will find a hard time using it since it doesnt have dragon's as their main go to cards except galaxy eyes photon dragon. So yeah its effect is good but its really terrible when you consider that there are other generic rank 4s that can do better than him in galaxy. If it was a generic rank 4 then its fine but all in all its kinda unplayable in galaxies
