[Discussion] Recruiter Group

I've been thinking that this can be a new group on MADA known as "Recruiter". I want to clarify right here and now. Anyone is able to recruit. Some of you might be asking "Well alright, then what's the point of this group?" The point is that members of this group will be under strict guidelines for recruiting. They'll be mandated to recruit 5 per week. The number is negotiable is just a placeholder for now, and seemed like a rounded number for 1 week.

What are the rewards for doing such a task? So far, the ability to change names, ranks and glows are free; and possibly more since the idea is still up for discussion. Although to gain any of these privilages, it isn't enough to just be in the group, for the first week of a newly added member in the Recruiter Group, he/she must recruit 5 members before gaining these privileges and they last up until the member has no longer met the 5 member a week requirement. Again, the number is negotiable at the moment. There will be a thread where people can sign-up for the group and they will be admitted in.

I want to know what everyone thinks of the idea and what you think you would change to improve it.

Rather.then make a group for this why not just reward anyone for recuiting people?

There already exists rewards for recruiting people and we've added more bonuses but it does not attract any people to do more recruiting.
