[OCG] Unconfirmed Neo BEUD Effect

It appears Neo BEUD requires three copies of regular Blue-Eyes White Dragon to Fusion Summon.

If anyone gets a clearer picture or we can decipher more of its text, we’ll keep you all up to date!
