How is that a panda? It looks more like a raccoon, still i say its a not bad effect if played in ze raccoon dek.

I believe it is supposed to be a "Red panda" wich are in fact NOT pandas nor red but it looks very similar to that card so thats my guess

welp, if it was level 3 then it would be sooo usefull, but it looks strong, maybe u can use it in lightsworns

There is a small detail on its 2nd effect, "You choose if its a tie" so yeah once again it proves its good in the lvl 2 beast dek,

First of all. That ain't no panda to me.

This guy looks like he would fit in with mill decks.
Especially if you aren't picky with whichever card you recover no matter how small tis.
But of course he'd function best in the beast otk deck which uses all lvl2s.
