Welcome one and all to the third installment of the “Magic Arts Duel Academy Hunger Games!” This season’s Games will be played a bit different so please pay attention.

First of all, we’ll be playing with the “Highlander” format. For those who are unfamiliar, in Highlander, all cards are limited unless otherwise noted by the special ban list. “There can be only one…of each card!” These Highlander decks must fill the following requirements:

1. 60 cards
2. No more than 2 archetypes per deck. (Non-archetype support is fine)
3. No side decks
4. TCG Only

All battles between Tributes will be settled with Match Duels (best two out of three) and can be done on Dueling Network or DevPro, just make sure you keep screenshots of the wins/loses. (Disconnections will result in a round loss.)

Remember, this is a role-play. Don’t take the dueling aspect too seriously. You’re all characters in a world where you’re scared and oppressed people living in constant poverty and fear.

- Does our deck have to be 60 cards or is this the usual 40-60 cards rule?
- We have to follow ONLY that banlist and ALL the other cards (that are not stated on yout banlist) are allowed as limited?
Or do we also have to abide by the latest Konami tournament banlist and add your list to that as well?
In which case, will we be following the Konami emergency banlist or the latest regular Konami TCG banlist?
- TCG cards only as usual?
