Moderator Stuff To Do

Hello MADA, Spensyr here with our second announcement coming from our Admin meeting. This one is for the moderators.

Moderators will now not only be tasked with their present duties of peace and order, but also be in charge of maintaining active topics. This is a very simple yet effective way for it to be done and we hope you will follow through for us all.

Each month, two of our mods will be tasked with creating at least two NEW topics that are sure to draw attention, like a posting game or a Role-Play. Meanwhile the other two mods will be tasked with keeping other posts active. As an example, if a Tournament is being held and it has been 2 days since the last update post, then the “Bump Mods” will need to post a bump to that thread to draw attention to it again. They can also help bump the New Threads made by the other two mods, if necessary.

This is a way to give our moderators a sort of “job” to do around MADA as we have felt for a while now that we have not really given you guys a lot to do. Hopefully this helps and improves activity.

We’ll allow the four of you to decide who is first in the “Creation” job this month. When you guys know who is doing what, gives us (the Admins) a shout.
