Summary:
"The moment Jack and Sergey’s Duel reaches its conclusion, the Commons begin their riot once again. Having lost his trump card, Roger guides the City into chaos once again! Meanwhile, as Yuya is shaken after listening to Yuzu’s desperate wish, Sam delivers a message from Jack to him."
