Jirachi: ok this one is a childhood-ish relic, eversince the heartolgd/soulsilver jirachi event, ive fallen for this pokemon so much, so darn adorable yet has the ability to wreck everything.

I dont think Phione is a legendary as it can be squired by yes a manaphy which is a legendary alongside a ditto breeding. Ok so to favourite chibi it would go to the top 3 i got so here they are.
