All the credit for this posts goes to Lightrook. I wanted to redo his posts, although that involve every Smash game in 1 post and have it limited to 5 choices instead of 10+. Here are my 5 favorites in every Smash game.

My top 5 lists will be focused solely around gameplay and how fun I find the characters to play in that game. I will also be skipping over 64 and Melee as I don't really play either of those games seriously.

Brawl - Olimar, Falco, Marth, Wario, Toon Link
Project M - Mewtwo, Toon Link/Meta Knight (I like these 2 equally so I put them in the same spot), Roy, Ike, Kirby
Smash 4 - Cloud, Ryu, Greninja, Little Mac, Charizard
Smash 4 with custom moves - Cloud, Mii Gunner, Charaizard, Palutena, Ryu
