Hey whadya know. Monarch CAN into steed.
The hell is "Mar" supposed to mean?
This one doesmt look and feel like the other Monarches at all. Level 5 not Level 6 even.
Cept for the erm atk and def.

I see the thought process behind it. Its suppose to garuntee your monarchs hitting the fiel and getting their effects off, or to protect a ns'd Idea.

But it won't be used that much still. You can generally only get 1 or 2 tribute summons a turn, usually 1, so you will have to, more often then not, wait till your next turn to make good use of the effect.

A continous spell or trap would have been more usefull. Cant really see myself making use of this card, unfourtantly as I like the effect, due to being a monster.

It'd be better to just run Mobius/Mega Mobius really.
